Truck scales Optima-B — it is a scales with a freight platform of a track type, which consists of a metal frame and reinforced concrete modules of the carriageway.

Concrete is poured in the factory on a vibrating table with steaming, with the addition of water-repellent additives. The scales are completely assembled at the plant and are tested by the State Standard. The customer receives ready-made scales in the form of modules that are easily assembled or disassembled for installation elsewhere. Installation of the scales takes only 3-4 hours. The maximum weighing limit can be 60 and 80 tons. The length of the platform is 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24 m.

Scales are installed on a monolithic or prefabricated foundation surface or semi-surface method. Arrival and departure from the scales are available for choice: in the form of metal or concrete ramps up to 350 mm in height, from standard concrete structures (foundation blocks, slabs) or concreted on site. At the request of the customer, lateral or central limiters can be installed. Operating conditions of the scales: for the cargo platform — from -30°C to +45°C, for the terminal (in a room that is irregularly heated) — from -10°C to +45°C.

Scales truck Optima-B are equipped with high-precision stainless steel strain gages Flintec (USA-Germany) and weight terminal TVP-25, which has a wide range of functionality.

• Automatic zero-setting at start-up (within 10% of the permissible range of the weighing scale).
• Automatic zero correction during operation (within the specified range) to compensate for external influences (atmospheric precipitation, pollution).
• Manual calibration (with the button) of the current weight value within the MLW (according to the current norms of the DSTU).
• Manual zeroing (by the button) of the current weight value within the MLW (up to 4% of the allowed range of the scale of weighing, in accordance with the current regulations of the DSTU).

Additionally, at the request of the customer, the scales can be equipped with: a remote duplicating indicator, traffic lights, an external warning system (horn), barriers, a video surveillance system.
