Truck Scales Optima-S — this is a scale for weighing cars in a static.

Scales have a painted steel platform of the track type and are delivered in the form of modules that are easy to assemble within 3-4 hours. If necessary, the balance can be disassembled and transported to another installation site. The greatest weighing limit can be from 30 to 100 tons, the length of the platform is from 6 to 24 meters.

Scales Technowagy Optima-S are installed on a monolithic or prefabricated foundation surface or semi-surface method. Arrival and departure from the scales are available for choice: in the form of metal or concrete ramps up to 350 mm in height, from standard concrete structures (foundation blocks, slabs) or concreted on site. By order, you can install lateral or central limiters.

Truck Scales Optima-S are equipped with strain gauges «Flintec» (USA-Germany) RC3-30t and weighing terminal TVP-25. Operating temperatures for the operation of the scales: for the load platform — from -30°C to + 45°C, for the terminal (in a room that is not regularly heated) — from -10°C to + 45°C.

• Automatic zero-setting at start-up (within 10% of the permissible range of the weighing scale).
• Automatic zero correction during operation (within the specified range) to compensate for external influences (atmospheric precipitation, pollution).
• Manual calibration (with the button) of the current weight value within the MLW (according to the current norms of the DSTU).
• Manual zeroing (by the button) of the current weight value within the MLW (up to 4% of the allowed range of the scale of weighing, in accordance with the current regulations of the DSTU).

• Work in dosing mode.
• Transfer of weighing data via RS-232 or 485 interface to a computer for automation of weight accounting.

Additionally, at the request of the customer, the scales can be equipped with: a remote duplicating indicator, traffic lights, an external warning system (horn), barriers, a video surveillance system.
