Truck scales without foundation

Truck scales without foundation AXIS are installed on airfield or road plates and are designed for intensive weighing of trucks. By customer’s order can be manufactured with the largest weighing limit of 40, 60 or 80 tons with a platform length of 12, 18, 22 or 24 m.

The scales have a reliable modular cargo platform with overload protection, consisting of several sections. This makes it easy to transport and relocate to another location at any time. The rippled surface allows cars to be driven into the scales without slipping the wheels. The width of each track is 1100 mm, which ensures the passage of cars with a narrow gauge. All metal designs of the scales are covered with three layers of anti-corrosion enamel.

The balance is equipped with strain gauges «Кeli» or «Zemic» with protection class IP68 by weight terminal Axis ME-01/A/18/RS/12V (aluminum alloy housing, IP65 protection, LED display, 18 mm high digits, RS232C port) and Four metal ramps.
