Crane scales EHP KGW are used for intensive operation in particularly difficult production conditions: foundries, smelting areas, scrap processing. The massive high-strength design of the scales and the IP65 moisture and dust protection class allow them to work all year round in open areas.

A special electronic system protects against electromagnetic interference and reduces the impact of mechanical parts of the balance on the results of measurements, including during the movement of the balance with the load. If additional protection is used in the form of a thermo-screen, EHP KGW crane scales can be operated over a ladle with liquid metal (up to +1400°C).
